Day 1: Welcome to London

On our first day of the tour, we met other members of our group and our tour guide, Steven, in the dining area of our hotel. After introductions and selecting a "buddy," we set out for a tour of Mayfair, the neighborhood around the hotel. The area was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

And nearly every building had a blue plaque.

Eric enjoyed looking at the high-end cars in the area.

Too bad this toilet won't fit in a carry-on...

We ended the day with a group dinner and enjoyed sticky toffee pudding for dessert!
